ZTE launches 5.7-inch Grand Memo, running Android 4.1 and quad-core processor

The ZTE Grand Memo is a behemoth device with relatively high-end specs.

One of the first devices to rear its head at this year’s Moble World Congress has come from ZTE. The hotly rumoured ZTE Grand Memo has a 5.7-inch 720×1080 display and just 8.5mm thick. Also included is 16GB of internal storage, 2GB of RAM and a very generous 3200mAh battery that should keep you going for while. You will find a 13-megapixel camera on the rear and the Grand Memo will be running Android 4.1.

There is no news on price and availability yet, but this is certainly a device looking to rival the likes of the Samsung Galaxy Note.
