Get contacts onto your phone
There are many methods you can use to get contacts onto an Android phone. Importing from a SIM card is supported alongside direct synchronisation with Google Contacts. The Google Contacts solution will work automatically on a new Android phone and so it would be useful to try to move all of your contacts to this service first if possible.
Get bookmarks onto your phone
There are many apps available in the Android Market that let you synchronise Google Bookmarks with the standard Android browser. There are other methods you can use to synchronise directly from a PC, but once again using an online Android service makes the process a lot easier.
Install apps
Installing apps is incredibly easy. Simply go to the pre-installed Android market and sign in with your Google account. When you see an app you want, all you need to do is tap ‘Install’ and it will pop up a confirmation screen. Check the accesses the app requires and then tap ‘OK’ to complete the process.
