Launched last year, the Tesco Hudl proved to be a surprise hit among users. Offering high-end specs for a minuscule price helped propel the Hudl to a fantastic amount of sales. Following on from its success, Tesco are set to launch the second Hudl tablet, but what can we expect from it?
Tesco Hudl 2 specifications
Although no actual specifics are known, we can certainly expect to see a generally enhanced screen on the Hudl. It wouldn’t be too much of a surprise to see an 8-inch screen used either. On top of that, the original 1.5GHz quad-core processor is said to be getting a bump to 1.7GHz. Expect some corners still to be cut to keep the price down.
Tesco Hudl 2 release date
Thanks to some recent invitations, the Tesco Hudl 2 will be announced on October 3rd. Expect to see the tablet almost certainly released before the end of October. The original sold in its thousands within the build up to christmas, so expect the same here.

With the original Hudl coming in at £119, we expect to see the Hudl 2 to be nearly the same. If the screen does get slightly bigger, the price will almost certainly be bumped up as well.
