Wacky World review

Wacky World is a classic platformer action with a modern twist

Although platformer games are in abundance on the Google Play store, Wacky World has enough about it to warrant a download on to your smartphone or tablet.

Playing as Wacky, you need to control him through a variety of different worlds, with the sole aim to make it to the end of each level and occasionally defeat a boss.

It’s fairly simple stuff and there’s no real story to get stuck in to which may put some people off.

Each world takes on a different theme and the animation overall is good, apart from the odd frame rate drop now and then.

The simplistic controls are laid out at the bottom of the game for you to use, it would be better if they didn’t take up so much of the screen, but this is only a small issue. For those who aren’t a fan of touchscreen controls, then no worries, as Wacky World can be used with a physical controller as well.
