Tesco announce £119 Hudl tablet

Tesco has launched their own tablet, Hudl.

Away from groceries, Tesco has been dabbling in smartphones for some time now, but the Hudl is their first foray into the tablet market. Although it features a rather unspectacular design, it can be bought for the small sum of £119. Full specifications listed below:

  • 7″ screen, 1440 x 900 HD display
  • Jellybean 4.2.2
  • 16GB internal storage
  • Quad-core 1.5GHz processor
  • 9 hour battery life
  • Bluetooth 4.0
  • microHDMI port
  • Wi-Fi only

The Hudl will be available both in-store and online from September 30th.
