The Arnold Clark Savings Challenge site has taken relatively uninteresting subject matter and made it compelling viewing. The design employs the latest hot topic parallax scrolling as Digital marketing manager Gary Higgins explains: “Taking advantage of the latest browser technology, our in-house digital team designed and developed a parallax scrolling website in just three weeks as part of our latest campaign. With clever origami stop-frame animation added for good measure, it was a real challenge that we’re delighted to have delivered upon”.
The parallax scrolling is beautifully crafted and goes beyond the standard fare with interactive elements zooming in from the side of the screen. The stop-frame origami animation is also a real attention grabber. Its makes you want to stop and complete the animation before moving on.
