1. Private appointments
Alongside a private Apple Watch Edition section, potential buyers will be offered 1 hour one-on-one appointments to help through the trying on and purchasing process. Appointments for the other variants will last around 15 minutes.
2. No need to queue
Those looking to buy the Apple Watch Edition will be able to skip all queues and get priority access to one of the Geniuses that are on standby. Buyers of the other variants will have to queue while waiting for a Genius to become free.
3. Around the clock support
Every Apple Watch Edition owner will be given a special phone number that offers 24/7 support. Although this line will be English only upon its initial launch, other languages will soon be catered for.
4. On-demand setup
Apple will set up Edition owners with a personalised on-demand setup system, whereby they can book an appointment and get their Apple Watch up and running without having to book an appointment around Apple’s already crowded Genius booking system.
