Samsung announce Galaxy Gear support for the Galaxy S3, Galaxy S4 and Note 2 among others

Samsung are expanding compatibility with the Galaxy Gear to a host of devices.

The Galaxy Gear’s lukewarm reception hasn’t stopped the Korean manufacturer adding further device compatibility for the smartwatch. The following devices are now compatible with the Samsung Galaxy Gear:

  • Galaxy S3
  • Galaxy S4
  • Note 2
  • Galaxy S4 Mini
  • Galaxy S4 Zoom
  • Mega 5.8
  • Mega 6.3

Samsung will be rolling out the updated firmware country by country in due course.
