Relive the past and get Palm OS on your Android device

New app brings the full Palm OS straight to your Android device.

Remember a time without Android? Me neither. But for those with an extensive knowledge of all things mobile, you may fondly remember the Palm OS. The introduction of the Palm OS was a big step forward for the mobile industry, and also formed a lot of the basic app ideas we see today.

Enter StyleTap, a new piece of software that brings the Palm OS experience on to your Android phone. Previous users of the Palm OS will have no problem getting around the app, but others, including yours truly, might be a little confused at first.

The app is compatible with other 30,000 Palm OS apps, and for the most part, they work like a charm.

If you aren’t willing to pay for the full $49.95 piece of software, you’ll also find a 14 day trial of it also on the site.

With app names like ‘Women’ and ‘My Guns’ why wouldn’t you want to take a nostalgic look at the past?
