Red Hat Enterprise Linux is one of the most prestigious Linux distributions around, with widespread use in the business sector. The next version of RHEL is entering the final phases of development as the release candidate hits, which would be big enough news in itself, however it’s also been announced that the release candidate has also been made public.
The new release includes some minor improvements over the beta, including the addition of XFS as the default filesystem, support for filesystems up to 500 Tb, virtual machine migration from Red Hat 6 and expanded Windows interoperability.
Download the RHEL 7 RC now from the official source. This is not a joke. Try out Red Hat today and help test the final release.
