OpenSUSE 12.3 Out Now

The latest version of openSUSE, the enterprise desktop distro, is now available. OpenSUSE 12.3 offers polish and stability over 12.2

It’s been a good year for openSUSE, with the 12.x series being landmark releases for the distro. Even though there were problems with delays to 12.2, this hasn’t slowed down development of openSUSE 12.3, and this latest version of openSUSE is now available.

OpenSUSE 12.3 is more about polish than adding new features, and as such sees the finalisation of systemd integration as a major feature for the new distro. Images are now also optimised for USB sticks, and ARMv7 images ready. There are also experimental ARM 64-bit images as well if you’re adventurous.

You can get the latest version of openSUSE from the website, with a variety of different ISOs available to try out.
