Lightbox is a neat little social networking app that collects the photos that your friends post on Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr and Foursquare into one place.
It’s a clever idea and one that’s executed brilliantly, with a smart UI that shows popular photos and pictures from the latest news as well. Alongside the networking aspect, Lightbox also adds filters to your pictures, letting you add post-shot effects to the photos that you take.
You can then geo-tag your photos before sharing them with whichever of your social networks you fancy. Integrating the app with your other networks is quick and easy and the camera overlay makes snapping away a joy. The lack of a zoom function is a bit of a shame, but you can disable the app’s camera and use another one if you want.
Worth checking out if you want all of your photo memories keeping in one place.
