The hotly anticipated LG Nexus 4 has officially been announced, despite Google’s Playground event being called off.
The device includes a 4.7-inch True HD IPS display (320 PPI), as well as a Snapdragon quad-core processor and a whopping 2GB of RAM. There’s also an 8-megapixel camera, and the device will have the latest Gorilla Glass coating.
Most importantly the device will be running Android 4.2. Although most of the changes are incremental, uses will find several features worth exploring. Included is Gesture Typing, allowing the user to glide their finger over the letter they want to type, improved voice search, and even more features packed in to Google Now.
