The LG G Flex may not be the first curved smartphone, thanks to the Samsung Galaxy Round, but it certainly a device that will raise a few eyebrows.
Sporting a 6-inch display, the G Flex curves from top to bottom, rather than from the sides. Although the curves located at the top and bottom of the device have been used to make handling the device easier, its size could potentially be a downfall.
There’s plenty of power at your disposal, however, with the G Flex sporting a 2.26GHz Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM and a massive 3,500mAh battery. Around the back is a 13 megapixel camera and there;s a standard front-facing camera for video chats too.
One of its most intriguing features is a self-healing casing which can remove hairline scratches on its own accord. No news on how this actually works yet.
LG has yet to announce pricing or availability of the LG G Flex.
