iWork Tutorial: Create a height and weight chart in Numbers

Use spreadsheets to keep track of your height and weight, and let your Mac do all the analyses for you.

Numbers isn’t just there to merely let you add a series of numbers to fields; it also comes with dozens of formulas that you can use to make automatic calculations. It could be as simple as adding up all the values, to more complex formulas.
But what’s great about spreadsheet programs is that they enable you to create such calculations quickly and easily – you can even copy and paste them to other cells and the formula will work as expected (as long as the values are set up properly, of course). In this Numbers tutorial we’ll show you how this feature works while creating a height and weight chart.
