That’s right, the day has finally come when people can walk into an Apple Store or reseller and buy an iPad over the counter. Hundreds of people were seen outside of Apple’s Regent Street store this morning with at least another 200 outside the Apple store at Westfield Shepherds Bush.

At our local reseller here in Bournemouth, Solutions Inc, a queue of about 30 had formed and Retail Operations Manager, Richard Furber, treated the line to tea and biscuits before the Store opened.

As we posted yesterday, we expect demand to outweigh supply over the bank holiday weekend, so if you’re still in two minds about whether to get one or not, don’t wait to long to make decision, or you could end up disappointed.
