iOS 7 Mac icon project: Numbers

iWork Week continues in the Mac icon project with Numbers

icon comparison

Today’s icon continues what I’ve decided to call iWork Week. Pages landed the other day, and today you’re getting Numbers, with tomorrow bringing the promise of a beautiful new Keynote icon.

As with the Pages icon, Numbers picks up the simple layout and bright colour scheme of the recently updated iWork icons. There are no sheets of paper, 3D bar graphs or pens in sight here, and the result is incredibly clean. I hope you like it.

I’m still looking for an icon replacement solution to replace Candybar (which was killed by Mavericks, sadly), but for now you’ll have to stick with the manual method. If you don’t know it, I’ll be posting up a tutorial on how to do it over the weekend or next week. Hopefully there’ll be a better option, so if you find anything let me know.
