iOS 7 Mac icon project: Adobe After Effects CC

iOS 7 hits another Adobe app with After Effects getting the latest redesign treatment

icon comparison

After Effects is the latest iOS 7-inspired icon, and it helps me close in on finishing the Adobe suite. As before, I’ve lightened the colours used from the current Creative Cloud version of the icon and reverted back to tones that are more reminiscent of earlier versions like CS5.

Oddly enough, these are among my favourite icons so far, simply because of the way they look together in the Dock. The colours are all bright and the simple lettering makes them easy to read and really clean. They may not be the most fun to design, but they’re lovely to look at.

Grab the icon below, check yesterday’s post for all the previous icons in the Adobe set and check out the rest of my designs in the iCreate Blog tag. Enjoy!
