Google acquires Divide to help boost business user portfolio

Google buys start up company to help with business portfolio.

One area that Google falls behind many of its competitors is with business users, or more precisely, companies who supply devices to their employees. Google has recently bought Divide, a start up that helps companies appropriately manage their phones and how they use them.

Some businesses have gone on record and stated that it’s the security issues around Android that has stopped them from supplying their employees with Android devices, but the technology provided by Divide should look to eradicate the problem altogether.
