In a call to the community on Mozilla’s Support blog, Michael Verdi of SUMO asked for people to attend the recently announced Firefox Clinic. Being held in San Francisco, the event is designed to help users with any kind of issue. However, SUMO need some people to help out, including stewards and people to answer questions.
“Now you may be thinking, “I’m not a developer; I’m not an expert expert. How can I help people?” Don’t worry. We’ve got your back.” wrote Verdi on his blog post, “We’ll be hosting a brownbag on March 21st so you can learn everything you need before the event. And during the event we’ll be there to help if you get stuck. Really, the thing to know is that almost everything is already documented on SUMO and it’s usually it’s just a matter of finding the right article and patiently walking people though it.”
According to the official page, the free event will be catered for, and provide spare machines for those that weren’t able to bring theirs. You can sign up to help by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
