Fedora are celebrating the Summer by giving away some open hardware to the Fedora community and contributors. Along with 50 OLPC 1.75s, and 20 Arduino Unos, they will also be giving way 150 Raspberry Pi’s to use or hack however you wish.
The hardware will be given away in a random draw, and you can choose which device to be eligible for. To enter, you need to have a Fedora Project Account, have signed the Contributor Agreement, and be a member of at least one non-CLA/FCPA Fedora Group. You’ll also need to explain in 500 characters or less the kind of projects you want to use the hardware.
The contest is open to residents of Australia (excluding the states of New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory), Belgium, Canada (excluding Quebec), Germany, India, Japan, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, or the United States (excluding New York and Florida). You can enter on the Fedora website.
