This simplified RPG game is so casual, you can even press a button for automated monster battling. Each stage comprises a series of fights with one or more monsters, culminating in a boss battle.
As you progress, you’ll collect more characters, each with different elemental strengths and special attacks that take several turns to recharge. As you’d expect, a lot of the game involves collecting treasure and levelling up fighters. The gameplay is fast and smooth, and the cute graphics are appealing with some spectacular special moves.
The main downside is the slowly recharging energy required to battle, but you’re given a generous amount early on; IAP bundles of coins are available to help speed progress, but aren’t essential. An MMO element sees you raiding other players’ dungeons and fortifying your own.
