Apple has today announced its Apple Watch event will take place on March 9 after official invites were sent out with a Spring Forward tagline.
The event, which falls one day after Daylight Savings clock changes in the US, will take place at the Yerba Buena Centre for Arts in San Francisco at 10am Pacific Time (6pm in the UK).
Apple is expected to announce worldwide release dates as well as previously guarded information like battery life, accessory options and full pricing structures.
Apple is also rumoured to show off the new 12-inch MacBook Air with Retina display. The March 9 event would seem like the perfect opportunity to release its new image editing app Photos to the public too, which has been available as a developer preview since February 5th.
Apple CEO Tim Cook has already confirmed Apple Watch will be released in April.
