A candid interview with Apple CEO Tim Cook will open this year’s All Things Digital D11 conference.
In a post on AllThingsD, Walt Mossberg and Kara Swisher announced the opening night event and gave a hint at some possible talking points that might be covered:
There’s lots to talk about, from the explosive growth of the mobile market to intense competition from a range of rivals…as well inquiring about what new products are in the pipeline and how the company is faring in an increasingly high-pressure market.
As the post notes, it’s not the first time that Cook has taken to the D conference stage. At last year’s D10 event the Apple CEO took part in a similar interview as the new leader of the Cupertino company.
Cook’s interview will precede a number of talks and interviews with some of tech’s finest, including: Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg, Pinterest’s Ben Silbermann, new Android chief Sundar Pichai and Sony’s Kaz Hirai.
