There’s a lot to be said about keeping a meal diary – for one thing it’ll highlight how many kebabs you really eat, for another it’ll prove there’s a correlation between those kebabs and the scales breaking. Okay, so we’re not that bad, but this simple app is a great way to discover just how much you are eating, or not, and how it’s affecting your weight. You simply enter the kind of meal you had: big, medium or small (there’s also an option for snacks), and you then add in your weight each day. The app will then provide you with a cool-looking chart so you can see your weight going up or down over the weeks. Meal Diary isn’t as detailed as some of you are going to want, but as it’s free it’s quite hard to argue the point. It does what it says it’ll do.
